Our team of 15 consists of professional Audiometric Technicians with diverse scientific backgrounds, alongside clinical Audiologists who specialize in occupational hearing loss prevention.

Karen Turner, the founder of Protec Hearing Inc and an active programs manager, has amassed more than 40 years of knowledge and experience in industrial hearing testing and hearing loss prevention. Karen is a current member and past board member of the National Hearing Conservation Association, serves on the board of the Incident Prevention Association of Manitoba, and is a member of the Canadian Standard Association - CSA technical committee on occupational hearing conservation, where she contributes to developing the new national standard on the management of hearing loss prevention programs,

Cory Graham is the President of Protec Hearing & Hearing Innovators Inc. With a background in Physics, Audiometry, and custom ear mold design, he has been involved in industrial hearing testing and hearing loss prevention since 2002. In 2015, he established his own earmold lab with Hearing Innovators Inc. Through innovative designs in custom hearing protection, we are currently implementing custom hearing protection programs across Canada.
